ONE ON ONE COACHING

The duration of these programs are 6 or 12 months depending on your requirement, and during this time, you will experience 8 to 12 coaching sessions of 60 minutes each.

Engagement Model - The coaching sessions will be conducted via Zoom Video Calls or meeting in person (if feasible)

Effective systemic coaching addresses the individual and the systems of which they are a part. Positive sustainable transformation occurs when the outside-in needs of the systems are surfaced. This involves shifting paradigms and behaviours, strengthening talents, developing skills and knowledge and managing transition by celebrating milestones while also handling setbacks and dependencies. If you can deliver one-on-one coaching alongside team coaching, the impact of coaching is magnified.

When I engage in systemic team coaching, I coach all members of the team–in a group settings. In individual coaching, we work at the intersection of what the person wants to learn along with what would make him/her a more effective and collaborative team member. In team settings, I observe live group dynamics and reflect them back to the group for greater awareness of interpersonal patterns working well or hindering the team. Whether I’am working with individuals or the team, my coaching is informed by the multiple relationships at play. I work to encourage team members to “try on” the multiple perspectives of their colleagues so as to arrive at greater empathy, social attunement, and compatibility overall – key drivers of collaboration and relationship-building.

MY ROLE

To begin with I will provide you with a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

As a coach I will work with you to help remove the obstacles that stand in the way of a leader attaining his goals. This is achieved through careful questioning and deep listening. Herein as a coach I will work with you while maintaining a careful distance of objectivity, whereby I will gradually help you to work through whatever is in the way of achieving your objective (either mental or emotional hurdles, such as beliefs, habits or fears). This is achieved through a process of inviting introspection and self-reflection, and thereby help you work on a clear path for success.

Additionally, I will support you in managing stress and enhancing your overall well-being.
